        They can work against you a lot of the time. Not the best communicators. Need a different approach. At times, Physical therapy has spent their whole visit nagging on the resident. They don't have to spend the whole visit doing this. I'm in healthcare myself and I wouldn't have a job if I did this....something to think about. Their visiting CNA who gives bathes is excellent. Build up don't tear down.
