Jackson and Monica. I understand you are disgruntled ex employees. SP wasn't the place for you. I wish you both well in your endeavors.

When you look around at the other 5 star reviews, immediately notice that these are people that either know Sharla and recommend as a friend of hers, or just say something minimal or basic or nothing at all. This business is horribly mismanaged. Not only do the clients get an unreliable source of food, the staff also get an unreliable source of income.
This place needs to be shut down. Sharla is a bad manager and writes bad checks. I feel sorry for the people that live there.
Sharla's Place is pretty amazing , Sharla's Place will provide years of enjoyment and a peaceful retreat from the rest of the busy world for some nice people, Sharla's truly care about people.I highly recommend Sharla's Place.
I am Sharla's Uncle, Jerry and can tell you she is the most caring, loving person (along with her two sisters) in our family. She was born to have a place like "Sharla's Place" Best of luck Sharla.,,, Love you
My brother and I were looking for a home to move Dad to. As we entered without an appointment, I heard the staff cursing, laughing while the elders sit in wheelchairs and observed. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, we walked out of this one too.
My brother and I were seeking a place for our dad to move to since he could no longer care for himself. We both spoke to Legends at length. First we got the rude, you're in my way, cold shoulder treatment until they found out we were looking for a home for our dad. As I observed the facility staff working with the elders who lived there, I was not impressed. We walked out.
My brother and I were going to move Dad to Sharla's Place after seeing the facility and meeting with Sharla and staff. Marvelous place. Understanding, educationing, and full hearted staff. I was impressed. After looking for several weeks, we knew we found the perfect place where our dad would be happy and cared for. It is hard for me as I write this, but people need to know about Sharla's Place. 2 days before our dad was released from rehab, he had another stroke sending him to the hospital where he went to heaven 3 days later. Sharla drove to Dallas and sat with us most of the day. She was the go between between the hospotal and our family. Thank you Sharla! We could not have done it without you. I am regretful that Dad never was able to move into such a wonderful place.
