Every time we order food here they mess it up. I do not know what is so difficult about making plain cheeseburgers. It is always a hassle to get the food remade.
Worst experience of my life. We went to Sakura tonight and I ordered teriyaki chicken. We had the worst waitress I've ever met. She brought our food and brought me a plate of "teriyaki" chicken. I had no rice. After she didn't check on us for about ten minutes (while I had no knife and Justin had no fork) she came back and I asked for rice. She said oh yes (she had forgotten). At the I told her I didn't eat my chicken because it was awful. All I had was rice. She then took 25 percent off and tried to charge me 9.74 when all I had was rice. She went to the back and the manager came out and literally yelled at me in front of the entire restaurant. His accent was so strong I don't even know what he said. Then he proceeded to storm off to the back. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully by a restaurant staff and manager. I will NEVER go back.
Ate at Ryan's on Laurens Rd once b4 and the entire experience was horrible. I watched the cashier take money; then, she walked over to the kitchen window and got more food to replenish the hot bar. She filled the hot bar without washing her hands!!!! Then...then!!! I went to the restroom only to find dried up vomit on the floor!!!! I ate there because of a coupon I had from a flyer. I haven't been back since. I know people need a job, but COME ON!! OMG!!! Clean up the place AND the employees!!!!!!!!!! GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
I've gotten the hibachi shrimp twice & loved it! Great price too.

Went in without a reservation, and we're seated at the sushi bar because most tables were reserved. Our server provided awful service, but watching all the sushi being made and talking with the chefs made it worth it!

I almost never write negative reviews just because, but Redfin definitely deserves one. My wife ordered a miso soup and two maki rolls. The restaurant was almost empty but the miso soup took over 25 minutes to come out. When it did it was very salty and very thick, almost like it was 3x concentrated. When the rolls came out they did not bring utensils or napkins and only had low salt soy sauce. The fish in the sushi did not look fresh and the rolls had a bitter taste. We sent them back but the manager refused to take them off of our bill. The manager said that they have the "freshest fish in Greenville" and he stands by that, except obviously when it comes to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.We have only sent back food a handfull of times but this is the only restaurant that has ever refused to refund money for food we returned and did not eat. We ended up eating down the road a jerk chicken restaurant that was very good.
Terrible, Food was dry and way overcooked and the service was so bad I got up twice to chase down something to drink and was even told not to do that but wait for my waitress who I saw very little of. The meatloaf was the only thing I even thought tasted good and the moment they changed the pan for what should have been fresh was instead awful and tasted so bad I needed a breath mint. Avoid, there are other far better buffets options.
Caesar's catered my sister Susan's Rehearsal Dinner and Reception for her wedding. The food was delicous and the portions were generous. They provided a great service for a fair price. I would recommend them to friends and family.
