Highly recommend!On a personal note, if reading the rating below regarding their policies-as a spa owner myself, I also have policies that must be adhered to in order to protect my business and keep the business running smoothly. Yes, it requires information to keep the business successful and allowing the optimal experience for the guests. I commend Salon Adelle for holding true to those policies and creating an environment that protects the business, the team and also allows for the best service possible for the guests.

In order to book an appointment, you have to put down a $25 deposit and sign a waiver agreeing you will cancel within 48 hours or be charged. They get a lot of cancels apparently. When you arrive for your appointment, you have to sign another waiver with about 6 different points about being late and other things. They require you to give them your birthdate, your email, your address, and phone number. If you don't you will have to cancel, you are within the 48 hour time frame that you agreed to when you made the appointment, so it is either hand over all of your personal information or be charged for a cancelled appointment. While my stylist did a nice job, it is hard to overlook the invasive process they have and the constant pressure to push product sales. And you will be spammed, almost instantly.
I sat & watched Kim the owner and only stylist cut 3 different clients. She was the best I have seen in along time. The styles were different and 1 quite unusual but exactly what the client wanted. I have had my hair cut twice since then and could not be happier. Kim has 24 years experience and it shows. The salon could use some updating but I was more concerned about the cut.
They installed carpeting in five rooms in new house. Between 1-2 Years all the carpet is buckling. Only two of the five rooms were even used on a regular basis. They came out to inspect and the rep. was really nice and indicated they would take care of it and someone would call to schedule. After three weeks I called to follow up and after a few phone calls back and forth to track it down they came back with $1,200 to fix what was clearly a faulty installation or defective carpeting (including two rooms which we “upgraded!”
I have been having Charlene cut my hair for many years, and my teenage son also always requests that I take him there. She is so friendly and she always remembers how we like our hair cut. She also is very reasonably priced.

Tony Hyde, new owner, did a great job.I went by there today and found that old barber had retired, and the others had sold out and retired also. Tony took me as a walk-in, very nice, listened Well when I described the cut I wanted, was quick and efficient cutting my hair. The best 1st time haircut I have ever had, it usually takes a barber 2-3 cuts to get mine just the way I want it, Tony nailed it perfectly 1st time. Definitely recommend this guy, he did say he works by appointment so call 1st. But well worth waiting for. Those cheap clip joints, you get what you pay for, a trainee. Not here.

My stylist ,Brittany,decided to remove 95%of my highlights without any discussion whatsoever.When I insisted she redo it she was arrogant and condescending. She tried to blame it on a shampoo that for four years prior was never an issue. She refused to own her mistake and instead trade me very disrespectfully. I will never go there again. Nobody deserves to be demeaned and humiliated by their stylist.
