I wish I could give zero stars this is the absolute rudest doctors office I have ever been to. They don't care if you're in pain and when you tell them you're in pain they laugh in your face and tell you "stop babying it" I have never encountered anything like this worst place and I absolutely do not recommend if you have pain.

Rude front desk staff and waited over two hours both times I visited. Find another office trust me!!
I was very pleased with the workers; who waited on me. They was very prompt. My therapist explained in detail; how, and whys of the procedure of the massages ; she was telling me how to, and why it was beneficial. I Will give her a bouble plus, because what ai have learned; it is still working. Thank you very much.
My husband entered St. Francis Hospital via the ER. The ER was over-crowded, but the medical staff were friendly, pleasant, and efficient. Prior to my husband's surgical procedure, the vascular surgeon thoroughly explained all aspects of the plans and expectations. In the ICU, the staff were beyond reproach. In a matter of days, he was back in his rehab facility.
My husband was referred to Mark of Premier Physical Therapy from his Spinal Surgeon. I first spoke with Barbara who was very warm, welcoming and helpful. My husband worked with Mark for his physical therapy rehab for a major L5/S1 lumbar surgery. My husband (42 yrs. old) had been bed ridden for a year before surgery. Mark was so knowledgeable, helpful and one of the kindest people we have ever met. He truly cares about his patients in helping them get back into prime physical shape. Mark listened to what my husband went through, did a thorough evaluation on him and outlined a physical therapy plan to bring my husband back to great health again. My husband and I would highly recommend Mark for anyone's physical therapy needs. Thanks so much for everything Mark. We truly appreciate it! Tina and Alex S.
Here's my story I was working for BMW and kept having frequent tight chest pains, I went to the ER they took my blood pressure my diastolic was up obviously elevated they did a kg on me it was OK and then they asked me how long have I been having these enzyte attack, I replied the chest pains are new to me within the last month and this is the worst it has been this is the first time I've been to the ER in over 30 years and being in my early forties my symptoms are concerning me. I asked them if they could do a basic blood panel on me to see if anything comes up, they refused, handed me a pamphlet and read a script telling me to seek mental health and that someone will be calling because obviously whatever is going on is in my head because the ekg is fine. To say that I was insulted was an understatement and extremely disappointed that they could not take 30 seconds just to listen to me I waited at 2 o'clock in the morning on the weekday and they would not busy so I can understand why no one seemed to care to listen, instead they quickly dismissed all of my concerns that I went to the ER for and basically called me crazy. I had to wait 2 more weeks to get appointment with my practitioner for him to do a basic blood panel. the test came back with a TSH of 29.8 all of my symptoms was explained because my thyroid stopped working and I was put on Synthroid and all of my chest pains went away. I feel that Greenville has a a large number of competent doctors but on the downside if you need immediate care and go to the ER they are not going to listen to you all you will get is a bill. Off of my lack of confidence in the first line of health care Greenville hospital systems ER me and my family have located to Colorado where I am now working in the role of a restorative nurse so when I tell you that the health care is lacking I have a little bit of experience in this field. Greenville is a wonderful place but if you are not from Greenville and are planning on moving there make sure that you have all of your health care arranged ahead of time and hope that you do not have to go to the ER, thank you
I wish I didn't have to give a star. I had several bad experiences before deciding to leave. The majority of the doctors (I only found one that did) didn't seem to care about my child or my questions. The one doctor that did left so I did too.
The nurse was awful terrible attitude she had a cold and was sneezing and snotting all over the room never once wiped her nose or washed her hands. The nurse practitioner was just as bad! Receptionist was great! Definitely wouldn't refer and we are finding better
