Every time we order food here they mess it up. I do not know what is so difficult about making plain cheeseburgers. It is always a hassle to get the food remade.

Ate at Ryan's on Laurens Rd once b4 and the entire experience was horrible. I watched the cashier take money; then, she walked over to the kitchen window and got more food to replenish the hot bar. She filled the hot bar without washing her hands!!!! Then...then!!! I went to the restroom only to find dried up vomit on the floor!!!! I ate there because of a coupon I had from a flyer. I haven't been back since. I know people need a job, but COME ON!! OMG!!! Clean up the place AND the employees!!!!!!!!!! GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible, Food was dry and way overcooked and the service was so bad I got up twice to chase down something to drink and was even told not to do that but wait for my waitress who I saw very little of. The meatloaf was the only thing I even thought tasted good and the moment they changed the pan for what should have been fresh was instead awful and tasted so bad I needed a breath mint. Avoid, there are other far better buffets options.
There is no half or zero star rating. Absolutely horrible! Placed an order today at 4:30 (my iPhone has a record of it) and told the man I'd be there at 5:00 to pick it up. Arrived at 4:55 and was told by the staff that my order was never placed, they had no record of it, and hadn't had that order all day. Okay, so I'm a liar? I told the manager on duty (woman) that I was unhappy. She turned her tone completely negative towards ME and said, "Ma'am, I can give you a 10% discount but THAT'S IT." I told her I had been to Bertolos once a month for over 5 years and I would never be back again. She didn't even bat an eye. The worst service I have ever received anywhere, and management needs to examine their customer service and the lazy teenagers they employ there. Everyone I know will be told not to go there.
Caesar's catered my sister Susan's Rehearsal Dinner and Reception for her wedding. The food was delicous and the portions were generous. They provided a great service for a fair price. I would recommend them to friends and family.
went to bills restaurant Sunday , they got a good cook in the place..... Stop and give them a try. Don't forget the dessert.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. If they allowed me to complete this rating without putting 1 star, I would. My family and I visited this restaurant after Church on Sunday. When we were first seated, the owner, an assistant, and our waiter were extremely cordial. I thought the salad bar was great because the food was very fresh and I could tell that the salad mix had been rinsed. The hot food bar had the typical Sunday dinner selections that I am accustomed to. I was very impressed. The food tasted great. The assistant came by and gave us coupons and stated that he hoped that we would come back. During the course of our meal, a very large family came to the restaurant. Our waiter had the responsibility of our table as well as the large table. Therefore, we asked the assistant if he could alert out waiter that we were ready for the check. I could tell the waiter was a bit overwhelmed. Since I work in service, I can totally relate. The waiter came back and dropped three separate bills on the table and said go through them and get which one is yours. My niece tried to alert him that we were missing a bill, but he had run off. Then, we found that he had combined 2 bills on one check. I decided that it would be just as easy to have the cashier split the bill. The owner was working the cash register. I attempted to explain to him that the waiter combined the check and I needed to have him split the check. He must have been frustrated about something because he begins huffing and acting really irritated. I had to explain the situation a couple more times. I gave him a payment and a coupon for the first part of the check. Then the 2nd part of the check, he proceeds to put the entire gratuity on this check. When I asked him why the totals were different, he says "That's what happens when a table uses all these coupons". I said, no, the issue is not the coupons; it is that the waiter should have divided the checks correctly. At this point, I was really pissed because he takes my card and swipes it and refused to try to correct the situation and to top it off, he has the worst attitude I have ever seen by a restaurant owner. I will never; ever return to this restaurant. The last thing I ever want to deal with when I am paying for business is an attitude. Caesar's can keep the attitude and the coupons. I don't need it.
Have only been here for lunch but it was really good. Have been several times and tried different things each time.
