My wife has been a patient of Melissa's for years and I see what a difference it makes for her after she has been seen. I have been an athlete and coach for many years and know what relief looks and feels like. Melissa does a wonderful job for relieving anxiety and stress that come from my wife's neck issues. It's also nice to get a good massage...just when you need...a good massage :).

I have seen a few reviews that report Health Quest as closed. The business is not permanently closed, there has just been a change of address - the "Chick Springs Rd" location is correct. I have been a client of Melissa's at Health Quest for over ten years and she is the only person I trust to provide any relief for my chronic neck pain (arthritis and bulging cervical disc). The massages are wonderful and I leave feeling like a new person. She has also assisted in the treatment of my daughter's lymphatic issues. Melissa is a true professional who cares about the well being of her clients. I would highly recommend her!
Great location, atmosphere, and highly experienced. Would absolutely recommend Giving Health Quest a try!
August Sunday appointment - no air conditioning! By 2pm it was stifling inside this strip mall location. The man behind the desk, who clearly did not care at all, told us that the ac was not working. The room with 8 recliners was full of guests and 4 "masseuses". The air was extremely stuffy. When I remarked to the masseuse "working on" the woman in the next recliner that it was very hot, he tugged on my shirt and said, "Take off!" I sat in my recliner for 10 minutes, waiting as the clock ticked past our 2pm apptmnt and watching walk-ins move past us and into the rooms to the right. The four "masseuses" who were attending to guests in our room paid no attention to where their hands were and what they were doing. They all continuously looked around, watched people in the hallway, glanced at one another and watched me sitting there having difficulty breathing. There is NO SHEET and NO PILLOWCASES. You are in a darkened room, laying on a pleather recliner with pleather pillows, where other guests had previously been serviced. We made an apptmnt for three people; we arrived early. We were told that our apptmnt was for an hour from when we made it, so we have to wait. This is a common complaint; if they get sufficient walk-ins, which they always take, reservations gets bumped. If there are not enough recliners, you wait in the entryway. This day, they had four "masseuses" and more than 10 guests. We were ushered to our recliners about half an hour after our apptmnt. At 45 min. after our apptmnt, as I was walking out, the 2 other people in my party had not yet been attended to.I am creeped out about non-licensed middle-aged men nonchalantly rubbing the feet, faces and heads of guests. And, the signage offering back massages for an additional $20 is even more disconcerting. If you respect the value of paying someone to touch you, it is well worth the extra money (and from a hygiene stand-point, safer!) to hire the services of a fully licensed massage therapist.
A professionally run business with staff and services of a professional level. I would recommend this business to those in need of such services as they offer.
Elizabeth at AcuMed is very professional and knowledgeable in her practice area. I highly recommend her for back pain relief and help with neck issues.
Got a certificate for $80 expired yesterday stopped by happy feet today and they won't let me use it. The manager was rude when I talked to him. Small businesses should be more flexible I was potential customer bringing more customers in.
This is very relaxing massage place.
@Truthiscoming Hello, I am Leslie, the Clinic Administrator for this location. I noticed that you were unhappy with your service with us (by the 1 star review) and would love to see if there is anything I can do. I'd be happy to discuss your experience so we can better our services for you. Kindest Regards, Leslie Jowers.
Deb at Synergy Massage and Bodywork is FABULOUS. Deb gave me a wonderful massage, but more importantly she was able to eliminate the pain I was having in my groin area when other practioners had no clue how to help me. She is talented, caring and extremely knowledgable. I have gone back to see Deb and will do so in the future. I highly recommend Deb.
