Yellow Cab #7 (Prius) litters cigarette butts on the road and never uses a turn signal. Very disappointing.
Worst cab company ever worst manager ever he will hang up on you four or five times he will lie to you and tell you to cap showed up when it did not waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to go from Travelers Rest Walmart to Main Street in Travelers Rest which is only a mile away and was told we would get the minimum charge of $15 the manager would rather hang up on you then deal with the problem very embarrassing to Greenville County very unprofessional and I would give him a zero Stars if this program wouldn't let me it's a shame Travelers Rest which is a part of Greenville County cannot get good service from Yellow Cab you got a better chance of getting a ride from a stranger and it will cost you less money
They are quick to get you to your destination but Will leave you waiting for hours to pick you up. My
Very fast to pick up and did take short cuts love them and clean cabs driver was clean ,nice,respectful, on time,ad ad erygood with information
We were staying at the Best Western on Pelham Rd and needed to be at the airport at 4:30am. The hotel recommended that we use Yellow Cab, so we called the evening before and made a reservation for 4am, we were told that we didn't need to call in the morning. Well, 4am rolls around, but no cab, so I call and the dispatcher says the order was placed at 3:50am, cab is on its way and will be there by 4:30am. That wasn't the reservation we had made. We called a few more times, the dispatcher said they didn't know we were going to the airport (what happened to the info from the reservation the night before??) The cab finally showed up at 4:16am and because there's no traffic at that time of day, we made it to the airport in about 10 minutes. While we were in time for our flight, I was not happy about having to stand outside waiting for the cab and not knowing if we would actually get there or not. If the company doesn't do reservations, then it shouldn't tell customers that it does. If it does do reservations, then get the info correct and show up on time. A cab company that can't do this shouldn't be in business.
I will NEVER recommend yellow cab again. Work at a hotel, called a drunk guest a cab 2 hours ago. Have called back 5 times, keep telling me it is getting canceled because no one answered. Guest has been outside, and my cell number is on file.. not a single call. This is ridiculous. I am BEYOND frustrated because I've been dealing with a drunk Spanish speaking guest, and a company that will NOT send a cab out after 5 calls.
I wish it had something less than a 1 star rating here to choose. Really the worst cab 'service' by all means. When I called up to book the cab, I was told it would take 10 mins and then after almost 45 minutes the cab showed up.It was only a 0.6 miles long ride and he charged me $42.5 for that. It was my first time in this country in cab and I didn't realize that I was literally being robbed out there. He gave me the receipt when I asked but I didn't quite check it since I was already late for office. It was only in the evening that I saw this receipt again and I learnt that I was ROBBED. And when I called up their office to complain about it, a lady replied that she can't do anything about it and hung up.Thanks a lot for spoiling my day and looting me, yellow cab. I really wished I had walked that 0.6 miles.You people really gave me a fantastic impression about your business and this country. Wonderful!I hope I never ever will have to visit this country again.
ABSOLUTE WORST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN THE GREENVILLE AREA!!! DO NOT USE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!! I cannot stress enough how unprofessional, rude, and incompetent the employees of this business are! I truly feel bad for the drivers who, along with the customers, are forced on a daily basis to deal with what can only be described as THE ABSOLUTE WORST DISPATCH UNIT ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET, BAR NONE!!!! These people are an absolute JOKE and need to be terminated IMMEDIATELY if this company has any hope of a future competing with much more adequately staffed, professional, and much more easily accessible competitors. If you are the owner/operator and you have any interest in the reviews of your company, which i pray you do. just look at the reviews you have on google and yellow pages. Im clearly not the only customer having issues. People used to use you out of NECESSITY! That is no longer the case. YOUR DISPATCH UNIT IS GOING TO TAKE YOU AND YOUR COMPANY DOWN IN FLAMES!!!
This experience ruined my entire day. First of all, when I called, I was told there was a 20 min wait. 45 mins later, they call and say their outside so I look all around and nobody is there. I call back and they say they'll be there in 10 more mins. 20 mins later I call back and they tell me that the cab picked someone else up. By now, I'm very upset and the phone operator tells me that it's not his responsibity and that I should've looked out for my own cab....and then in the middle of me speaking, he HANGS UP on me....since this was my only way home, I wait an additional 15 mins for another cab to come. The driver is really nice but he goes the wrong direction...great....this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a "business"...disgusting attitudes and nothing about them is professional. I will walk to my destination before I ever use them again and they better hope I don't find a corporate number!!
Now I have to admit, Ya'll are very slow and probley to discriminate about the areas you go to. but when I finally did see one of your cabs at a gas station across the street from where I was, I ask the driver if he would give me a ride home and he most graciously did. His name was Mike and he was my miracle that night. Thank-you very much Mike, your a great guy!
