Great place to stay, always very friendly. Whatever I needed I had at my fingertips, very close in also
Omg!! Watch dan bells video on youtubeAnd please do not stay here unless you are high on something or just don't give a damn,,bloodstains, bedbugs, drain flies and black mold,,
Fantastic location that is right on the river. Close proximity to the cultural center to see a show. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Also, you can get on the 26 mile walking trail right outside the door.
Very clean and comfortable room. Got a low rate b/c my dad was in the hospital down the road, and that was quite a help
Overall, this Hotel holds great accommodations, is in a convenient location to downtown Greenville and is still off the beaten path enough to miss downtown traffic. The rooms are very clean and well-furnished with a great breakfast.
We stay in this Comfort Inn when we come to the Upstate to visit. They do an excellent job in all areas.
Check in was a breeze. The girl at the front desk helped us with directions and when I realiized I left my phone charger home she let us borrow one.
I stayed here with my dog for two nights during the Greenville dog show. Before making the online reservation, I called to make sure that pets were allowed and was assured that they were. I was going to go ahead and book over the phone, but the person I spoke to advised me that if I booked online, it would be much cheaper. Upon arrival, check in only took a few moments. When I arrived in my room, I found that the deadbolt lock did not work properly. I went back to the desk and the attendant came up right away to see if he could fix the problem. He could not, and advised me there were no more rooms available. I said I couldn't stay in a room with no lock. He then asked me if I would be willing to take a smoking room instead. At that point, I said that would be fine. When I got to the new room, I was surprised to find that there was NO smell of smoke at all and I am VERY sensitive to the odor of cigarettes. The room was very clean, the bed surprisingly comfortable for a hotel bed, and the pillows quite comfortable. There were also four pillows on each bed instead of the usual two. The water pressure in the shower was great. There was also a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, coffee, and cream and sugar. For less than $60 a night, this can't be beat.
As always friendly staff, easy and convenient facilities and great rate!
On the outside, this hotel was just as lovely as the rest of the Comfort Inn family. The inner lobby was amazing as normal, but once in the guest rooms you could see that the building had some age, with electrical and sprinkler fixtures not exactly hidden, but piped in across the ceiling. In spite of it's age, this was a wonderful hotel! These little aesthetic things were the only indications that the hotel had been renovated. The beds and linens were great just as expected, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely reccommend this hotel and its friendly staff to anyone passing through!
