Best car wash in Greenville SC. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. There is no better car wash in the entire upstate area of SC.
STAY AWAY!!!! They are lazy do a horrible job and are as friendly as a punch in the face!!! Does this owner Nick not give a damn about his name and company. I️ guess not. Close it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
My Tahoe LTZ was just about stolen today!! Man got into my truck, adjusted my mirrors and started the engine. I had to run across the parking lot and advise him of his error and he argued with me that it was his vehicle. Once he finally realized I was correct, he went over to his Toyota, which looked nothing like my truck, and got in and drove off. To make matters worse, I complained to the "manager" and he said, "Well he handed us a red claim ticket"...okay, so the red claim ticket gives you, the consumer, the right to pick the nicest car on the lot and go for it!? Nice Try. Then, I called the Woodruff Rd location and spoke to the owner, Bruce. Not any better. Tried to suggest since they already write down the license plate number to incorporate that into the their infamous "Red Claim Ticket". Not happening. People, times are changing and you must change with the times...I know people make mistakes but ignorance is bliss. I also handed the "manager" a full (less 2) coupon book and told him we wouldn't be back. He couldn't have cared less!! Glad your business is so good that you don't care!! Sorry family - no more coupon books to Greenville Car Wash...And for the record, Don't say to me "Lady you need to calm down when my dang truck just about was stolen off your lot"!! Beware!!!
Took two company cars with tree sap and road tar on both. The man checking vehicles in said the wash would not get them clean and they did not have time to hand work them. Offered to pay extra, said they did not have time to work on them, but would wash and let equipment get what it could. Told would get take them elsewhere and he got angry before he finally moved cones for us to leave. I guess they only wash clean cars. Took to competitor on Wade Hampton and got excellent service. Don't waste money on this business.
My bf went to get his car washed and the employees stole 2 or more dollars of change out of his truck. Terrible service!! I will be posting a review on every site I can find and I will share what happen to everyone I know. I can't believe that you have costumers pay to get their cars cleaned and then steal from them.
The windows were very streaky, a lot of smudged areas. There was some road tar on the car, wasn't addressed.. The t-tops had a major mud mark, not addressed. The back seat was down, had to ask 5 times to lift the seat (Camaro) to clean the pine needles out. Each time, the main guy kept saying they did vacuum. Finally lifted the seat, myself, and showed him it wasn't. He got angery and had someone get in and vacuum. Employees clothes were dirty, left many smudge marks on the white leather. Never vacuumed the dash.
Wow! For 2 years this has been my go to place for a car wash. The lady who took the money was very nice, but I have never paid $27 and had to go home to clean the interior!! There needs to be a supervisor who does a last check before handing off the cars. They used to be awesome!
I was not happy with the service at Nick's car wash at Cherrydale today. They did not clean the inside of my windows very well. There were still kids' handprints all over the windows. The exterior of the car is still very spotty. However, the worst thing about my experience is the fact that one of the workers (I don't know which one) stole 8 quarters out of my door handle where I keep my change! So very unprofessional!
My van came out looking worse than when i brought it in. I left and then came back to have it washed again. I paid $18 for this mess.
This place is the best. I went other places closed to my house . There is no comparision.I don't know how people gave 1 star or 2 stars. You should go check it out for yourself.
