I have not been in their facility yet; however it has been over a week since the referral was sent over. The referring physician said it could take up to 5 business days for them to contact me. I called on day 5 and asked the status. Initially, they could not find the referral. Once they found it, I was told it could take an additional 3 weeks to schedule the appointment. The excuse was they get about 10 referrals a day and get machines in every week but there's only one person that handles this. One would think that you would adjust your inventory and personnel to address the demand. I'm very discouraged by their excuses and casual attitude.

I love shopping at Ulta Beauty. I went in looking for a specific kind of eyeliner and was helped by Shellee. She was an absolute dream! She showed me so many different options and I could tell that she was very knowledgeable about the makeup and the different brands. That made me feel secure that I was buying a product that I was going to enjoy and probably return to re-purchase. Shelle is a great asset to the Ulta Beauty Team!
This company is so corrupt. Supervisors and management do nothing about serious issues. They Also, they are never held accountable for following the rules, yet will fire an associate for breaking the same rules that the higher-ups are suppose to follow as well. Double standards! HR does not want to hear you out if you come to them with a problem. In fact they have further victimized the the distressed associates who truly needed their help. They go against their own "code of conduct" policy. They also do not take harrassment seriously. Not an environment any person should be subjected to.
I would just like to mention for anyone who reads this.. I was in rehab in 2013 and visited this Sally store during my stay there with some other girls from the same rehab and also 2 employees, who have their masters degrees I might add. And I say that bcz whilst we were in there the blonde woman at the counter was asked if she could show one of the girls where a specific product was located (the store is not very big. Prob would've took mere seconds) and she rudely said no!! She said no bcz she knew we were there from the rehab so she automatically assumed we were trying to distract her so we could steal! Even with a nurse and counselor guarding only about 4 of us. How presumptuous and simply degrading!! Just bcz you have an addiction problem doesn't make you a theif! So if you wish to be negatively judged and speak to a absolutely rude woman, then I suggest shopping here! Wow!
Visited this pharmacy and was personally greeted by the pharmacist. The staff helped me select a health supplement and also filled a hormone prescription and a pain cream. The store has a boutique feel and smells GREAT! Tops customer service.
I love getting my massages at Massage Island! The staff truly listens to you and customizes the session to what you want. Patricia is my therapist and in my opinion she has to be one of the best therapists in Greenville, she's very knowledgeable and is able to fix my problem areas on the days I hurt. The best service, by far, in Greenville, SC. Small, family-owned establishment that provides the best, uncomparable 1-on-1 service, great people. I've fallen in love with their business the more and more I enjoy spending time with them although I don't spend hardly any time with them due to the fact they are SO fast! Great service, great pharmacy. None of the "bullcrap", if you will, you have to deal with in regards to the big pharmacies, I'm pretty sure you know their names!
