My wife and I ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Big O... Are salesman Nate is the only reason they are not receiving 1 "Star" Not a good experience at all. Particularly with the Credit department. We have excellent credit and had been told they would match any ones interest rate. We could have gotten .59% from USAA and when we went in to sign the papers we were told that they could only get us 3.99% after we got over our shock and tried to quickly come up with alternative financing (at 9 pm at night) we were very rudely told by the manager Kevin that we had to make a decision (no pressure...ugg) we walked away. The next day I called and renegotiated with them and got a 0% interest. However when we got the car you expected it to be detailed and in pristine condition (after all you just spent a fortune) nope the car was in ok condition but not what you would expect. Nate the salesman was able to take care of a couple problems but still you would have expected a lot more when you spend over $50 k on a car! Oh one more tidbit... I had a coupon from them for an additional $250 off on our trade in... They would not honor it! Really it was from your website and your tool for estimating trade in value... REALLY!!
I bought two vehicles from them already. The salesman, keep forgetting his name but remember him as drummer boy, (maybe Wayne?) anyways the salesman is an awesome guy who will do everything he can to help you and satisfy your purchasing experience. But the service department completed ruined my experience there and I do not plan on coming back to them for anything! After ordering a torque converter for two weeks, told me to bring the car in and it will be done same day or possibly next morning. Five full days after that my vehicle still isn't done and now it's going to me another 3 business days.. my wife and I bought an SUV due to not fitting comfortably in a small sedan with our 4 week old baby. Now we've been struggling with a tiny rental car due to the lack of coordination and responsibility of the service department. I am very very disappointed in sitton gmc service and will not be back to them again. I hope that corporate can look in on this and maybe reach out to gain a customer back but as of now I'm sick of their bs.
Excellent..Upon my visit to Crown Nissan Of Greenville, I was looking for a good used car to pay cash for.In all the 30 years that I have bought cars, this was the best. The Manager Derrick Hill, came to me introduced himself, and offered me dirinks and if I needed anything just let him no.I purchased a 2002 Ford Taurus SE, and they washed the car filled it up with gas.My Salesman was Tony. He was wonderful to work with, They all made me feel right at home.In all the 30 years of buying cars, this was my best experience.I would give them a 5 STAR. Excellent Service. I would recommend them to everyone.So if need a car new or used I would visit Crown Nissan Of Greenville.I am Very Happy with my car. I live in Asheville, NC and it was worth the drive to Greenville. I had the best experience from Toyota of Greenville when I bought my 2014 Rav4!! They were the only dealership in the upstate to give us there honest bottom price and to work with us to keep us within our comfort zone on payments. They also were extremely knowledgeable about there vehicles. I worked with Rancey Carter and he did an amazing job selling my wife and I our first new car! I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future and hope others read this so they will do so also! They also have the best waiting area in the upstate, although you don't have to sit there long! Thank you Toyota of Greenville!!
I had my Civic Si repainted and they did an INCREDIBLE job! (As good or even better than the original factory paint!).Unfortunately the rear window seal didn't set properly. I simply took the car back, and it was fixed promptly!They gave me a nice quiet loaner car to drive the entire time mine was in the shop.EVERYONE that I spoke to from the receptionist to the representative to the actual servicemen was VERY professional and courteous.Needless to say, ANY service that my car needs will be done by them. And when it's time to buy a new car, I'll be doing my shopping at Breakaway Honda!

This is a nice dealership close to Greenville, and is very competitive for new car deals. Before buying from the other local honda dealers give them a call. Ask for Bud, he helped me and was fair and knowledgeable. I bought a Ford Explorer from him and was very happy with the price and whole experience. Hope this helps!
