        Poor Customer Service

        After the item was selected and paid for, several different stories were told. After 6 weeks I was then told it was on backorder, selected another item which was going to take 2 more weeks to have painted, after many phone calls to them they never once contacted me, I demanded a full refund, which left me to start over with someone else. I have done business in the past with them, but felt they did not care this time and my long wait was no big deal to them. POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE!

        First of all,thank you for your past business at Uncle Jake's Furniture. We strive to exceed every customers need but apparently in 2007 we slipped, I appologize. It is our policy to always keep the customer informed of any delays in delivery of their furniture. If you will visit us again I am sure you will see a much different store and staff.
