I don’t normally post reviews but I had the experience to meet and work with Mark Ashley. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Mark was able to answer all my tire questions and at all times I felt I was being treated with total respect. If I was Mark’s boss,I would give home a raise. I wish there was a discount for us Public Servants. Thank you, Mark

Just bought my car at Toyota of Greenville. So pleased with how they went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Salesman Kelley was top notch and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend talking to him. He was great.

My husband went first and was very impressed with the salesman Kerry O Sullavan. I went back with my husband and we bought a new Camry. Kerry took time to explain everything to me that he had already explained to my husband. No pressure . He made it a good experience.

This was my first visit to Toyota of Greenville after moving here form NH. Great reception as I brought my car in and great updates on the progress of the service as I waited. Extremely happy with my experience.

I had the best experience from Toyota of Greenville when I bought my 2014 Rav4!! They were the only dealership in the upstate to give us there honest bottom price and to work with us to keep us within our comfort zone on payments. They also were extremely knowledgeable about there vehicles. I worked with Rancey Carter and he did an amazing job selling my wife and I our first new car! I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future and hope others read this so they will do so also! They also have the best waiting area in the upstate, although you don't have to sit there long! Thank you Toyota of Greenville!!

I had a great experience buying my car. I had spoken with them on the phone and they were ready for me. I test drove the car and it was exactly what I told them I was looking for. They were able to get the payments to fit my budget. I would strongly recommend this dealership. Marlon and Bruce did a fantastic job.

I am so disappointed to write a negative review about this dealership, because the only other Toyota dealership is 10 times worse (I bought my vehicle from Greer). I stopped by today at 1pm to get an oil change, the service department closes at 3:30pm on Saturdays. The service doors were closed when I arrived at 1, and the service rep advised me that I could leave my vehicle and pick it up Monday. She said they had already met their limit for the day and were not taking in any more repairs for Saturday, even though it was STILL 1.5 hrs before close. All I wanted was an oil change. I advised the lady that I needed it done today and would have to go to another dealership, she said Good Luck. TOYOTA of Greer---hire more repairmen---WAKE up. Your service reps are sending your customers away 1.5 hrs before you close. HELLO?? Disappointing, love my Toyota, but hate dealing with dealerships!

I have been going to Toyota of Greenville for about 7 years now and have to say they are my favorite dealership. I have bought cars from the used and new side at fair prices. I have also had all of my vehicles services at this dealership. They are very honest people to work with on the sales and service side. Also, while I am getting an oil change or other maintenance done they have an internet cafe to keep me occupied.

Check parts prices and labor charges - in recent experience they wanted twice what other toyota dealer service quoted, 5 times what I could order genuine toyota part for online. A polite request for an explanation was completely ignored.
