On a personal note, if reading the rating below regarding their policies-as a spa owner myself, I also have policies that must be adhered to in order to protect my business and keep the business running smoothly. Yes, it requires information to keep the business successful and allowing the optimal experience for the guests. I commend Salon Adelle for holding true to those policies and creating an environment that protects the business, the team and also allows for the best service possible for the guests.

In order to book an appointment, you have to put down a $25 deposit and sign a waiver agreeing you will cancel within 48 hours or be charged. They get a lot of cancels apparently. When you arrive for your appointment, you have to sign another waiver with about 6 different points about being late and other things. They require you to give them your birthdate, your email, your address, and phone number. If you don't you will have to cancel, you are within the 48 hour time frame that you agreed to when you made the appointment, so it is either hand over all of your personal information or be charged for a cancelled appointment. While my stylist did a nice job, it is hard to overlook the invasive process they have and the constant pressure to push product sales. And you will be spammed, almost instantly.
