After a less than pleasant experience during an "appointment" at another DB location, I was a hesitant to get the last pieces of my bridal look from DB. All of that changed today! I walked into the Greenville store and was greeted with smiles and great attitudes. Even when I didn't have an appointment I was catered to and taken care of. One person in particular made it a perfect experience and I couldn't be more thankful. I had already gotten my gown from the initial location I went to but did not find jewelry or the perfect veil to go with it. KATELYN made my day! she was sweet, personable, accommodating and even though she had another client (with an appointment) she made sure to keep checking on me during every break until I found the perfect veil which she actually picked for me. I have no family here and nothing is harder than not being able to share this sweet moments with my mom, even though i was emotional I didn't feel alone, I felt celebrated and cared for! Thank you Katelyn from treating me like I'm more than just a dollar sign, thank you for turning my experience with DB around! Thank you for finding my dream veil! Every bride should have the opportunity to deal with someone as dedicated and professional as you are! David's Bridal Greenville you are fortunate to have pretty awesome employees!
if u are looking to be pleased you are going to the wrong place my 1st appointment they had me inthe system as greenville,nc instead of greenville,sc and they had the nerver to tell me i had to wait because i was not in their system that wasnt my fault to cut the cake once i tried onthe dress i wanted and i bought it i asked the lady to check to make sure i had the right size she said yes when i got hme i didnt i had a smaller size and i live almost a hr away and had to go back and they had to reorder my dress again whay a headache on top of everything else i had going on

Provided by Citysearch -I went with my daughter & her fiance's mother to David's Bridal in Greenville, SC this weekend. She found THE dress she has always dreamed of there. The staff were very helpfull especially Judy. She truely listned to what my daughter wanted and brought out dresses along those lines. She even made suggestions about which head piece would match best. We were there for almost 3 hours and were never rushed by Judy. She seemed ready to let my daughter try on as many dresses as she wanted. She even found the bridesmaid dress she wanted there. I would recommend this store to everyone.
