        Knowing you can't trust dealership pricing, this is the only place I've taken my BMW for over five years now. Had some challenges with a window install once, but other than that had good experiences and all the work to date has held nicely...

        They are a little pricey, but considering the product, I can live with it. They offer good service, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a persistent problem that other service centers could not diagnose or simply misdiagnosed. Bimmer Specialist discovered it and repaired it on the first try. I will use them for future service.

        Took my 01bmw 325i there last week and got charged alot of money and went to the gas station to get gas and it would not crank was told it was my alternator and that it would cost me 680 dollars for new one. Refuse for them to fix my car had to pay a 180 dollars for them to leave it in pieces . Went to rebuild alternator and discovered they didnt give me all the partd back. Ive had a terrible experience with these crooks and the owner Paul Campbell is a the biggest crook of all. I do not recommend.these.people.
