I had my Civic Si repainted and they did an INCREDIBLE job! (As good or even better than the original factory paint!).Unfortunately the rear window seal didn't set properly. I simply took the car back, and it was fixed promptly!They gave me a nice quiet loaner car to drive the entire time mine was in the shop.EVERYONE that I spoke to from the receptionist to the representative to the actual servicemen was VERY professional and courteous.Needless to say, ANY service that my car needs will be done by them. And when it's time to buy a new car, I'll be doing my shopping at Breakaway Honda!

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Bought my car in July 2018 and have brought it back 4 different times to have the back up camera repaired. They claim to have replaced it with a new one but I continue to have the same issues with it not working. Then they keep getting mad at me because I’m constantly bringing it back for them to get it right! Nasty attitudes every time I come in, and the shuttle ride and the guy driving, is even worse with the complaints about the travel to my job. Something told me not to buy my car here. Please beware while car shopping, unless you just feel like the hassle and headache! I’ve learned my lesson! I will never deal with CarMax ever again! BEWARE!!!!
They take your money but will not fix your car right! They talk down to you like you know nothing about your car and a 4day job turns in to a 3week job. They don't know nothing when you call about your car to see how its coming along nether!

A HORRIBLE experience! FIVE bad issues, ONE good thing here. First, they use you vehicle for their personal use. My truck had 142 miles put on it and debris was left in the bed from someone using it to haul brush. Second, The customer is last here. The girls at the front desk are great, but that's not who you will have to deal with. Phone calls are not returned from the person over seeing your vehicle.. Third, A scratch is on my dash from what appears to be a tool, and no work was done inside the cab, Fourth, they did a alignment and now it pulls to the left. Fifth, Delayed receiving my vehicle due to two cracked headlights from their supplier. The one good thing, great body work and paint job! A superior job in this area. But I will NEVER come back here!!! (not even to fix issues) The driving my truck for their use makes me wonder what other shady sh*t they do here!!!!
Poor customer service!! Gary B. is the agent/personnel working with my car. It was estimated to be completed by Friday at 4:15. At 4:30 before I got to the shop I called ahead to verify if my car was ready. It was at that time that I was informed by Gary that my car would not be ready until that following Monday. I was told by Gary that due to his own personal issues he was unable to contact me and give me due customer service by informing me that my car was not ready. An apology was begrudgingly given by Gary and yet I'm still left with impression that Breakaway Honda collision does not really care about their customers. As a consumer on the receiving end of Gary's "customer service", or lack thereof, my experience so far with Breakaway Honda collision is a very poor one. I would not want any future dealings with this establishment nor what I recommend anyone to go there.
I bought two vehicles from them already. The salesman, keep forgetting his name but remember him as drummer boy, (maybe Wayne?) anyways the salesman is an awesome guy who will do everything he can to help you and satisfy your purchasing experience. But the service department completed ruined my experience there and I do not plan on coming back to them for anything! After ordering a torque converter for two weeks, told me to bring the car in and it will be done same day or possibly next morning. Five full days after that my vehicle still isn't done and now it's going to me another 3 business days.. my wife and I bought an SUV due to not fitting comfortably in a small sedan with our 4 week old baby. Now we've been struggling with a tiny rental car due to the lack of coordination and responsibility of the service department. I am very very disappointed in sitton gmc service and will not be back to them again. I hope that corporate can look in on this and maybe reach out to gain a customer back but as of now I'm sick of their bs.

I'm giving them 5 stars in all categories. I bought my first car from them and it was actually really easy. They got me hooked up with a great first time buyers program to not only purchase the car that I wanted, but to start working on my credit as well. Very helpful friendly people to work with. I recommend and will be back in the future.
