My family and I enjoyed going to Skyzone during toddler time on Weds. So we decided to take my son for his 2nd birthday during regular hours. We get there and its literally just us and my sister inlaw with her son. We start jumping and one of the workers asks me to take my hat. Sure. Had no problem with that. Then the same individual comes up to us and says we cant jump with our kids. Our feet have to stay on the ground. We do what he says but we never heard this rule and we go there often with the kids. So we move to the foam pit and we have the kids in there and we are in there with them to make sure they are ok. Again the individual comes up to us and tries to kick us out and only do it one at a time. My kids are 3 and son just turned 2 today. So we have to be in there to wtach them. Again we never had this issue during any of the toddler times. So we request a manager and it turns out to be an individual thats there during the toddler times. He acts as if he doesnt know us. Im 6ft 9in tall and my wife in 4ft 10in tall. We are hard to forget. He goes on to say well its policy to make sure the kids are safe. We bring up toddler time and he says its different because there isnt any bigger kids. We look around and explain to him that we are literally the only ones in there. At this point im upset and just want a refund. We paid for an hour and was only in there for 10 mins. The manager says he cant give us a refund but can give us a free 30 min pass. I say "Thats unacceptable. You guys completely ruined my sons second birthday." He continues to deny us our refund so I finally ask for the number to the general manager or the corporate office. He doesnt hive us the number so i began to look it up. At that point he decided to give us our refund. We used to love coming here. Whole family used to have a blast but after today we will not be returning. Just terrible service on a day that was supposed to be special to my son.
