m in love with the staff at this daycare. every one is so friendly and everyone knows the kids even the ones that are not in their class. my kids feel so at home at this place. I've had bad experiences in the past but my children love it here and so do we. i have a child in the toddler room they are so sweet and my eldest have created strong friendships in the 3s and 4s. they are also very convenient and flexible with my schedule. i feel like i can call at any time and check on my babies.

This school advertises as a STEM school however their lab facilities for science are no better or less than nearby non STEM schools. It also supposedly emphasizes Math, however only a small select group of children receive intense math training and compete in math competitions and appear to be exclusively boys. They also go on sleepover trips. This school has very high test scores, which is interesting given the diverse and varied student body. It is a public charter, so supposedly anyone can apply and is suppose to be given a slot when available or through the lottery. That doesn't appear to add up. If you want to learn Turkish, which from what I can ascertain of the job market in this area, would be of no benefit, then you'll be all set at this school. The only other language they offer is Spanish and in middle school they are REQUIRED to do one semester of Turkish. Why? They offer very few sports, not as many extra curricular activities as surrounding schools. No bus transportation as it is a charter school, so don't bother applying if you can't drive your child to school. A few of the teachers that are from Turkey or other surroundings countries, spoke broken English at best. I would think a teacher teaching at a US school should be fluent in English? Evidently not there. Noticed a good bit of teacher turnover rate in the past couple of years. You would think working at a small charter school with smaller class sizes would be appealing to most any teacher. Hmm. Wouldn't recommend this school.
Not sure about their child care skills, but their bookkeeping skills are bad. They seem to be unable to pay their bills.
I had my Granddchild enrolled at the Batesville Road location for 4 weeks. SOMETHING happened to my Grandchild every week. Had this happened over the course of months, I would have understood somewhat but this was every week. I sincerely hope that your experience is better than mine.
This place is horrible. No star. The lady who runs the center is horrible and some of the teacher are just evil they sat on my child and let other kids beat up on him the moment my child started giving it back they would yell at him and labeled him as the "bad child" would even tell him he was bad every day. He loved it until then. Then he hated going to school once he got diagnosed with two disablitities that kept him from being able to sit and focus on things for to long they started to send him home when they said that they are qualified to deal with those disablitities. Teachers told me they didn't care what he was diagnosed with that he had to do things that he physically and mentally could not do and knew he couldn't.
i cannot believe the corruption around habitat, they work their people as slaves, lie to them, cheat them out of their pay, make them do lots of extra jobs work overtime for free, promise days paid off, and take them away, such liars, criminal liars, i thought slavery in the south was dead, they do not build homes for all the poor, only some, politically correct, diverse correct, others outside diversity, regardless of how poor do not get homes, they do not fit the diverse liberal profile, they force their best to quit, they enrage upper managers to quit, habitat is a criminal tontine, a mafia business enterprise, sanctioned by the irs and us govt,
Left our prior daycare because Kids R Kids offers so much more - and so glad that we did! Love that we can watch them live through camera network. Also they don't just babysit our children, they teach them! And their late hours works great for my work schedule. Great staff - very friendly and engaged. Thanks KRK!

I own a large CDC in Easley and for several years have taken my children to the Science Center for programs. Today, I had a group of 18 children who were going to a new program about Life on the Farm. It was raining, so we called several times before transporting our children in the rain to make sure the program was still going to happen. We called the education center and they connected us to the building where the program was to take place 4 times before we got an answer. They were supposed to be there at 8:30 and we needed to leave. Finally we got someone to answer and got there on time. The program was very short and not very educational and we were really disappointed. We paid and came back to the center. I received a phone call from one of the employees later today yelling at me that whoever called in the AM to find out information was very "angry" and had lied about calling 4 times! I was so stunned as she continued to rant at me and then hung up before I could say a word. IS this the example of fostering education in young people? Angry employees who call customers and reem them without giving them a chance to speak? I do not want my children exposed to this kind of behavior and was just agast that someone would call and let me have it like this. she hung up on me. This is no way to run this center and I was very disappointed in this.
