THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL TO ITS CUSTOMERS.STAY AWAY GO TO MAULDIN LOCATION INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!My name is Penny Patterson. The following events accrued in South Carolina on Wednesday, July 11, at 4.09 pm EST.I called the Mauldin location to inquire about their non-dairy flavors. Upon finding out they didn’t have the flavors we liked that’s non-dairy, the employee told us of the Greenville location. This location, the Greenville location, is located on Haywood road. I called and a lady answered the phone. She did not say, “Hello, this is Tutti Frutti, may I help you.” No, I was greeted with a plain “Hello, hahahahahah!” I am not kidding; this was the real response that I got. I then asked about the flavors that they had. The answer I received was “We have all flavors.” She then repeated it five times, all in a row, before I could even say anything. I thought I had dialed the wrong number. I hung up. It really sounded like someone was pulling my leg and playing jokes. I then checked the number via the web site. I found out it was the right number. I called six times before anyone decided to pick up the phone. I was greeted with the same greeting as the first call. I asked very politely what their non-dairy flavors were. I was told “None, none at all.” She then hung up on me.I am outraged. I just graduated from college with a degree in Business management. I am also taking Culinary Arts in the fall.Today, I was called six times by the employee from her personal phone. She did not leave a message at all, just let it ring. How could this company give my number to one of their employees and let her call me from her home...that's sorta creepy. Ive been trying to get this matter resolved, but the owner keeps telling his employees that he will call me. Hes been saying that since last Thursday....Now, the whole store knows my number and they will not pick up.
