Do not go to- awful customer service and very rude. I was 6 mins late for my appt due to traffic on Woodruff road and they said the cut off is five minutes and would not see me over one minute. Will never go to ever.

I am absolutely shocked and surprised at the bad attitude and lack of professionalism of the management staff at the Woodruff store location. If you have a situation where you are burned from a waxing and they offer to have the next one done for free, be very careful because most likely they will not honor their offer. Their logic is you only get one free waxing; however, the first free waxing is given by some apartment complexes for being a new tenant as well as a new Ultraskin customer. It absolutely shouldn't count towards another visit that is a direct result from a burn associated with a waxing appointment. Their story may change as far as getting the "next" visit after the burn free no matter how long it may take for the burn to heal. A bit more concerning is the fact they did not keep records of the conversations or documentation of any burn areas. One might think it may even be deleted from their system when you want to book a return appointment. If you try and get the owner's number, you may be told that "he most likely won't call you back". It is really too bad this type of situation has occurred because it makes customers not want to go back to that location at all and they may even want to tell you that it will be documented in your record that they will not take you back so people should look at the organization's policies and recordkeeping practices as a whole at any of their store locations but especially the Woodruff Road location
