This was so easy, fast and best customer service I have experienced. It is worth having AAA just to renew your license and have the peace of mind when your driving that you have help at the touch of your cell phone. I had the pleasure to be helped by Jennifer Malbaurn who was so nice and helpful. It really means alot to you when there are nice pleasant people on the other side of the counter. Thank you. I am very happy with services from AAA. When I reported a flat tire, they were there in less than 10 minutes (probably atypical, but worked for me)! And I save a bundle when buying movie tickets at my AAA on Putnam Pike in Rhode Island. The customer support reps are nice, too.
I have been going there for years for all my travel needs but when I need to register my car or get my licence renewed I will always go there normally there are no lines & but if there is they are fast but courteous. All of there services are great I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.
I went to renew my license. Didn't remeber that I needed to fill out the paper work first. So, I was asked to fill out the paper and that had me waiting a little longer because there was only one person waiting on customers. Customer service is a hard job. I worked at a bank for twenty-five years. I understand sometimes this happens. I have never been treated without a smile or without courtesy
I stopped in for passport photo. Quick service...was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service...asked if I needed a passport application. Also, rep mentioned how passport renewals were available at post office down the street. I got everything done in one afternoon.
NOT HAPPY!!! I went in to renew my registration and didn't sign it so instead of just giving me a pen the women asked me to go to the side table and sign it which i did and went back to the front of the line , where i was told i had to go back to the end of the line which was 5 deep and she had an attitude about it!!! terrible customer service even the DMV WILL CALL YOU BACK UP .
