Brought my dirt bike to Ron Ayers for a simple fix, decompression lever sticking. The bike has been in the shop before and was worked on. I was told they would look at it soon. Called back in a week and was told they needed 3 weeks to get to it. Called back 4 weeks later after hearing nothing about my bike and was told that they would let me know what I needed by the end of the week. Called back Friday afternoon, at the end of the week after yet again not receiving any kind of communication. Was told they didn't have time to look at my bike at all and I should come pick it up.
Left a message for the manager and never received a call back. Went in to get my bike and spoke with the service rep and the manager who said sorry we messed up. No offer to fix mess up just an apology.
Terrible service, go somewhere else.
I call waited through a long recording when I got a human I got passed off to someone else who put loud music on I would rather give my hard earned money to a business who appreciates the customer one star is all
This is a nice shop. It is quite large and has a nice assortment of bikes, utility vehicles, trailers, and equipment. They do great work. I had my Kawasaki pampered there. Check it out. You won't be disapointed
