I would give them 6 stars if I could great shop run by super nice and knowlageable people. Great prices on service and a great selection.

Took them over 2 weeks to fail to even begin a standard pickup install. No apology, no admission that they screwed me over, nothing. Will not be going here again.

Let me start by saying I was very blinded by someone who works at Greenville Guitars who told me not to go to Redphish... PLEASE DO NOT GO GREENVILLE GUITARS. Bill works at Redphish and is a Fender technician. He offers the most honest affordable work for any instrument I have ever brought to him. We have talked many times and his advice is as good as gold. Not only does he go out of his was to be transparent with you, he often times has prevented me from making mistakes with my instruments. The one thing I value most is that the people in Greenville store are very personable. Bill has saved me hundreds of dollars on just a few instruments and I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.
