I absolutely LOVE Dr Erwin, she is fantastic... However the office staff is HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE. I called to cancel an appt for my son and rescheduled. I repeated the new date and the woman confirmed. Sure enough, I arrive and the lady said the apt was the day before and they could not attend to my son. The office was empty! Then, I went home and a $20 cancellation fee was ready for me in the mail. When I called, they said I never cancelled the original appt. After asking to speak to the doctor or at least leave a message, the staff became SO rude and refused to take a message for the doctor! I called several times and they refuse to leave a message or even give me an email. Today, I asked to check the status of the medical file transfer I requested more than a week before and the RUDE RUDE RUDE lady said "I know who you are and I specifically told your husband it was going to take 30 days". She continued to talk to me as if I were a child and, again, refused to take a message for the doctor.

They need new office staff, ASAP. RUDE as !@$#

I heard about this Doctor, Steven Phillips, from one of my friends. He is very nice, takes his time, talk to you and the children, AND it is easy to get SAME-DAY appointments! What more can you ask for. We love him.
