Prior to my procedure, I was very happy with the staff at this office. Following my procedure, my insurance was incorrectly filed five times...after which my insurance provider refused to pay for my claim. The office manager would not call me back and I only was able to speak to the person that was incorrectly making claims. My mother had the same procedure and had a similar experience. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. The staff was unprofessional and there are too many other options to settle for using this facility.
I felt more comfortable with Dr Sturgis and his staff than I have at any other physicians office. The Doctor takes time to explain any issues as do the staff without making you feel rushed. They are friendly and seem to take any worries away you may have. I had 2 procedures done and it is by far the best experience ever. They are also very accommodating especially when you are traveling far from your home. The Doctor goes out of his way to save you time and trips which is so important for us. Even if it means calling an other Physician in the area to work you in for the same day you are there. Wow, For this specialty, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not to mention they all have great personalities. Very warm and welcoming at this office:))
