The worst, most absolute customer service I have EVER felt with in my life. The long blonde headed lady is extremely rude, and unhelpful by all means. I rented a car from their company and called to let them know a pick up time/place on returning. Before I could even turn the car off, she was beating on the window asking if I was the person who called earlier. She then began to tell me it wasn't their job to come pick up the car and watched me struggle to get out of the car while I'm basically dropping everything I'm attempting to put in my arms. The entire time she emphasized that is wasn't her job to come get this car, and being she had to come get it, there is too many people out of the office. She never asked if she could help me, but kept on bath mouthing me the entire time.
Always great service. Every one of the employees are incredible. I rent once a month and always have a good experience. Not a fan of the $200 deposit they have now, but I can deal with that since I get great service.
I rent from Enterprise every time I need a rental simply because my first experience was wonderful. From that point on things slowly changed and went downhill. They change rental policies way too often and are never consistent across the board. If I could rent from other places, I probably would. Since I can't, I have Enterprise.
The worst customer experience I have ever had. Made and confirmed a reservation online and when I arrived they first tried to see if I could come back the next day as they didn't have a car. Then tried to force me to pay more money for a larger car and I didn't reserve or confirm. When I complained the desk representative was unbelievably rude and even shut me down when I tried to complain. When I returned my vehicle, she didn't even try to make eye contact. I guess the teachable moment the manager said was happen was unsuccessful. Since there are so many rental options in Greenville, go somewhere else.
I had a great experience with this location. The ladies provide excellent customer service. I've been renting from this location for the last 2 years and will continue. Will definitely recommend this location to others.
I incurred fees from a rental. My insurance company paid them. Later I learned that they had also charged my bank account. Several representatives told me that the money would be reversed back into my bank account. It never happened. I have lost trust in their business because they did not honor the agreement.
