Terrible unscrupulous business. Didn't tell my doctor either time I was referred that my insurance wasn't in their network. Proceeded to see me after I presented my card and paid my co-pay to call me the next day and tell me that I wasn't in network. After having to do my own leg work and find a doctor that was (for a tonsillectomy) and starting over with all new fees, they proceeded to send me a bill. After disputing it, I was treated very rudely by three different receptionists, stressing that it was "my fault" for not having gotten my insurance straight and that there were signs up that told me so.
