Honestly, I have debated reposting this review for about a month now. I was told that if I left another negative review that they would NOT fix my car that they sold me WRECKED. But, since we were told yesterday that they weren't going to fix it anyways...what the heck right. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. In August 2016 I was sold a wrecked vehicle unbeknownst to me. I was told this car was in "perfect" condition. Yeah, right. Two weeks late the air STOPPED working, I took it back in and the man who sold me the car reassured me that there was no issues with this car because, and I quote "The car is too new, nothing has happened to it". However, to reassure me they made an appointment with the Dodge dealer in Greenville,NC. Five minutes into my appointment the manager from the Dodge dealership told me that my Dodge warranty is VOID because this car has been in a wreck PRIOR to my purchase of the car! It took many phone calls and heated arguments to have them agree to pay for the issues because Jeff Stein, the general manager of Brown & Wood told me that "It's not his issue" that the car was wrecked because "that was MY fault that I bought a wrecked car"-seriously? I bought a "New" 2016 car and its MY fault they couldn't disclose that information with me?! The issues with this car have still not been resolved. I have called, cried and did everything I know to do for almost a year now and I have been treated VERY poorly! If I could give this SORRY excuse for a dealership NO stars I would. Please please please do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from these lying, and manipulative people!!! But I urge each of you reading this- if you want more information and photos and documents of how unfairly I have been treated and been talked to by both the manager and the OWNERS of this place PLEASE EMAIL ME at firstname.lastname@example.org I will be more than happy to tell you so much more about this situation-this is a very watered down version!!
great sales and service team. Took my Seadoo there with running issues and they had me up and going in no time.
Made an appt. to get my Cadillac serviced. Showed up at the appointed time and vehicle was taken back soon after. Repairs were completed in a prompt manner. Overall a great experience.
Just bought me a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Christian was an amazing sales rep. She was easy to communicate with and made my car buying experience pleasant. The sales manager and finance officer were also great to deal with. Best car buying experience ever.
I purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from here At the lot I saw 2 scratches by the back plate, wheel locks were not on but discussed in the price with my salesman. The manager who agreed to fix the scratches & place the wheel locks on. He said they'd pick my car up & leave a loaner. When my HRV arrived, there were more scratches on the truck. I've been dealing with this for over a week. Spoke with Scott B who doesn't take my satisfaction into consideration, he accused me of having Buyerss Remorse. A worker of this dealership or bodyshop scratched a brand new vehicle up. I didn't expect to go through such a bad case with this dealership. I'm currently working to fix this matter. No brand new vehicle should have to be in & out of a bodyshop/away from their new owner. I don't recommend using this lot. Todd H lied about mileage on it also. He was not friendly in person & showed more concern with money/commission than having a satisfied customer. This experience all around has been bad.
This is the best car dealership experience my family and I have ever had .The entire staff made us feel welcome and they never gave up on us ,we will truly be loyal customers for life!!
Where do I start? I called a day in advance and scheduled an appointment on Memorial Day 2015 to look at a 2013 Ram 2500. After driving 30 miles and showing up I was greeted by Josh Coffield and I asked to see the truck. Working with Josh is the only part of this excruciating experience I do not regret. That’s when I was told that it was in service having a warranty and a recall issue repaired and I could look it over but not drive it. I was really taken aback to have scheduled the visit and the truck not be ready. I should have seen the light about then but the truck was very clean and had an immaculate service record. I looked it over and made an agreeable deal on the truck and was finally allowed to drive it before I left because the part they needed was not in. I was told that the part would be in the next day and that I could pick the truck up that afternoon. Several days and phone calls later I finally got my truck. Fast forward three months and on the way home from work the transmission makes a popping sound and gives it up on a raised highway that has no room to pull off. While sitting in 65 MPH traffic waiting to be run over I finally got it moving enough to limp off of that bridge and called Dodge. They came and got it and carried it away on a Ford rollback which seemed a little ironic at the time so I snapped photo. That is when the real hell started. I was told that it was a simple accumulator plate and that I would have it back in a couple of days. I told them that I knew better and was pretty much told that I did not know what I was talking about. I was also told that they did not have a loaner that I could drive so I had to bum a ride to work. After two days they said they had a vehicle I could use and I drove thirty miles back to get it. I was then informed that it was a small SUV from Enterprise and they were paying the base rental fee but I was responsible for insurance and any damages that may happen. The gas tank in the rental was empty but I was told that it had to come back with at least ¼ tank. I asked how I was going to pull my 7000 lb trailer with an SUV and walked out and left the rental there. Now well over two weeks and MANY phone calls to East Carolina and Ram corporate they have decided to patch up my old transmission and call it fixed. I’m pretty sure I did not buy a truck with a rebuilt transmission and would not have if that had been on the service record. Long story short if you have an incredibly weak moment and purchase a Ram pickup from these people make sure that you have a second car to drive and some really good walking shoes. You’ll be doing a lot of walking. And If you think about calling Ram corporate to try and help your warranty issues just go bang your head against a really solid wall, it will be more productive in the long run. Update, I got my truck back 19 days later with a rebuilt transmission and 3/8 of a tank of fuel gone, funny I would have had to bring the rental back with more fuel than it started with. I drove my truck home and slid under it to look it over. The first thing I noticed was a small wiring harness hanging below the frame so I fastened it back where it was supposed to be and then saw that the flywheel inspection plate screws had just been started in the threads and I tightened that. That makes me wonder what else the technician may have missed that can’t be seen while finishing the job late in the day on Friday. I now have ZERO confidence in the truck and cant imagine leaving home pulling my camper for a long trip.
Worst service in my life, they had my ski for ten weeks and racked up over $600 in extra charges that was never approved or even discussed! They never even called me one time to discuss charges! Got it back very dirty with used oil in the bottom of the moter compartment, debri in the impeller, and approx. 8 extra hours on it? Argued with the owner and was even threatend! Do not go there they do not know what they are doing ! Horrible !
