very rude and unprofessional, liars and plain Ghetto, but I can say I do see why they act the way they do. I called the customer advocate team, the lady Shelly talked with deep concern until she thought my phone was hung up. She and her boss Mrs, Aron was very judgmental, making cruel judgments about my wife. This is the lowest of the lowest, I thought customer advocate meant someone cared and would truly root out the problems, not true, its like a lot of jobs who you know and that is how the job is filled. So if you have a problem at one of the Woodforest banks I do not think any thing will happen but ridicule, from my experience..PS wondering will some in the right position contact me.
