awful experience, everything needed repairs, toliets backed up, stench was even outside. Rides were unsafe and uncomfortable. it was apparent they arent doing anything to repair or upgrade the place. Worse yet, cost for 4 adults and 2 children $75! The next weekend a accident there caused injury to several people.
it's overpriced for what you get. The employees are rude and miserable. You can't pet the animals, and the inflatable jumper looks like it's covered in MRSA. I've spent less money and had more fun with my child going to Anderson and girls in Stanton and also To Robinettes
The blow up jumpers collapsed on children nearly suffocating them! Parents were frantic and rescuing any children...some were wedged between jumpers and the tops were coming down where adults could barely navigate through. Water was pooled up on the inside as well. Children were screaming and crying. This happened on more than one occasion! They have become too large and sacrificed safety and quality. I am surprised no one has been injured or worse. I hope it does not happen:/
Normally I LOVE to come here to pick apples. However, I joined a class trip this week and what a sad experience! After the school paid hundreds (over $600) for the Kindergarten classes to attend, Klackles informed us there were NO APPLES on the trees to pick. The children would be picking apples from crates. Amazingly enough, the kids couldn't even reach inside the crates to get the apples...and if they could, they had to pick through tons of rotten, bruised, MOLDY and sub-par apples. A huge disappointment that Klackles didn't call the school and inform them that they wouldn't be able to have the children enjoy the tour as it is scheduled. I'm not sure the school would have changed their plans at this point, but I would have been able to give some credit for fessing up right away. I totally understand that the weather affects apple crops, but letting the customer know before they waste an entire day, and lots of parents time and money too, would have been most appropriate.

A few friends and all of our Kids went to the Family day on October 11, 2009. One of the drivers for the enchanted pumpkin was going to fast, and almost flipped our pumpkin over 30+ times. Everyone on the ride was screaming for him to stop and he kept going. One of the people in ours had to JUMP OUT and run up to the tractor before he would stop. We had VERY small children with us, and all they did was refund our money. I did not leave there with the feeling that this would never happen again, or that it was the first time. I do not recomend going there. I will stick to a less fancy pumpkin patch and know that my kids and I are safe.
