I would like to take a minute to blast this "business" for their poor customer service and crappy workmanship. I took my new car to PANDA VANS, on 19 near Greentown, to get my windows tinted. I made an appointment, brought it in, paid almost $200 and while driving home I realized there were slits through the tint in the back window. I brought it back a couple days later to get fixed. When I picked up my car, they seriously had filled it in with a marker! Come to find out it was a tint marker, but it still looked as if a 2 year old was allowed to color on my window. Once again, I brought it back in a couple days later to get it redone. When I picked it up they said that the lines were just going to have to be there and it was the best they could do because my window "was too curvy and too big" so they had to piece the tinting together. I then decided I just wanted it off and my money back. I called to tell the employee that I would be bringing it in, and that I had talked to 3 other professional shops and they said it shouldn't look like that. The employee of PANDA VANS then proceeded to tell me that "they were not professionals". I brought my car back in today to have the tint removed. They refunded me a small amount (not even enough to get the window re-tinted elsewhere) and sent me on my way. Every dealing with PANDA VANS I had, except for the initial meeting, they were very short and all around rude to me. Not only did I have to take my car in 4 times, I had to have someone bring me back each time, because they insisted on keeping my car all day. They still never gave me what I believe I paid for or the respect a customer should have. They never acknowledged that the work was bad, just that it was the best they could do. I will never use this company again and I strongly suggest no one else does as well. I would give them NO stars if that was an option!
