Humble & fair approach to assist in finding right item & price. Will research immediately anything that arises that enables best decision to purchase, while open to negotiate a mutually agreeable price. Very service oriented, & make it worthwhile to wait if you happen to be there when they are crowded, helping others. Also willing to find any item that is not in their inventory. What more can you ask from a merchant? Jeweler Brian is a gem!
From the moment you go in, this shop is so inviting, professional yet friendly and very knowledgable on products and of course all that beautiful jewelry. The jeweler Brian has made me numerous pieces. Well priced, beautiful workmanship and it is the only place I go for my things! A+++
Very unprofessional to rate your own business not once but twice. They price items without knowing the value. I know several people who have been lied to and cheated by these people. Been lied to myself several times about my items and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
Have not only purchased jewelry from them I have had numerous pieces repaired. Was thrilled not only with the craftsmanship and talent that Brian has but every piece purchased they are more than willing to deal on price. My mother sold old gold pieces her and we were VERY happy with the amount she received. Brian can custom make any piece you desire at a fair price to all and the jewelry selection is AMAZING!! I suggest you have knowledge about jewelry so you can knowledgeably deal with Brian so you will realize the great deals you are getting. They are not rip-offs! I have dealt with many retail and wholesale jewelers and found you can fully trust Brian and Jewelry and Pawn.
I stopped in last year to try an sell my wife's wedding set. She wanted to upgrade. So we were curious as to what they would offer us. First they checked it and said it was fake. Not only was she rude they make you feel dumb and stupid. I paid over 2,500 for my wife's set at Zale's. It was high quality and I even had the paper work. However they weren't interested and still said it was fake. Ok so one of the top Jewelry stores sold me a fake diamond??? Come on. If they weren't interested all they had to say was sorry we are not Interested. Not that it was fake. Service was rude an it is a very dirty poorly run establishment. I wouldn't send anyone there. My wife ended up getting full value for a trade in and has the most beautiful ring. REAL diamond!!
