Stones Restaurant Millhousen

Stone's Tavern serves very good fried chicken on Wed, Fri and Sat from 5-9pm. Stone's is an historic Hoosier tavern located in the hometown of one of the late President Richard Nixon's relatives (his grandmother, I believe). It offers an ambiance not unlike a European pub. Many locals partake in the good food and spirits offered there and are perfectly amenable to visitors. The serving staff is also very friendly and accommodating, but my favorite reason to take that pleasant drive through the pastoral countryside is to enjoy Stone's tatsty chicken.
