Our son’s winter coat was stolen while we were playing at Safari Nation on New Year’s Eve (one of the coldest days of the year). When this was realized, the young woman working was as helpful as she could be to try and find it but upon reviewing the security films, it was determined that a family walked out with our son’s coat. The owner of the business was contacted. This man was offensive, rude and completely lacking any empathy to our situation. He said that this was “not his problem” and that I should have “been paying closer attention”. The cubbies to place your shoes/belongings are located right at the exit doors and are completely lacking any security. There are no optional lockers to use. When I asked for reimbursement for the coat, I was yelled at being told that “all you care about is money”. The owner of this business should be ashamed of his behavior and I would not recommend anyone patronize this facility.
My 9 year old and 1 year old had a blast at our first visit! Very clean and friendly environment, with fun for all ages and abilities. HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking to entertain the kids, especially during summer break! We will definitely be back!
Great trampolines and party rooms. Two of the arcade games were not working though. People are super friendly!
Good Place to have fun with Kids. My kids love this place and I get to play with them too. I enjoyed Mechanical Bull there for $1.00 not bad. I love the new game Big Baller called Wipe out, whoever, I fall down many time and couldn't pass the 3rd ball. it was fun :)
Safari Nation is a alright place to go if you have some extra money to blow, & only want to spend a couple hours tops. Personally I feel it's over priced for it's small size, especially if you have multiple children. It isn't very big, & there are very few attractions for the price. If your looking for a day full of fun verse a hour or two, you could find other places that have a lot more to do for the same amount of money. The staff is friendly, and the place is nice, just very small again. I believe there was only 5 attractions for kids 4 & up, and 2 attractions for 3 & under. The arcade part is old, & isn't worth playing. Nice small little place, just over priced.
I went to woods of terror for the first time on halloween night! It was great i enjoyed every bit of it! The wait was a while to actually get on the trail and in the woods! But it was definetly worth the wait amd while you wait it is not like your just sitting there waiting they entertain you! Theres music and actors running around scaring people! But yes i had a great time and loved it! Look forward to going again next year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
