We ordered a GE side by side refrigerator as advertised on Facebook Marketplace on May 8, he switched it to a broken Maytag promising a 60 day warranty and repair service by a local reputable appliance repair store at his expense if it didn't work. Well, turns out it didn't work at all. Then Travis Burrell, owner, denied the warranty and refused to fix it after the repair service came and went. We were told we were lucky it didn't burn our home down by the repair person. (see work order photo) He brought it to us in a moving van, not tied down, with his brother in the back trying to hold 3 refrigerators while he drove here! I am pretty sure that's illegal. To this day, we have not seen a replacement. He refuses to reimburse us too. He is combative and finds excuse after excuse as to why he can't get us a replacement. Said he had to order it then tells me there are 70 in stock. Which way is it? We are not the type to litigate but we are forced to in this situation. It's a shame but he is not reputable or trustworthy with us even though he very loudly claims to be. He's been verbally abusive and we just can't stand for this kind of treatment. Hope someone else can learn from our terrible experience. The photos show what we ordered and what we got and the repair evaluation which backs up my story. By the way, the same GE is currently advertised for sale on FB Marketplace and yet he told me today that he doesn't have a GE!
