My experience with Jennifer Willard over the past 8 years has been nothing but pleasurable. She has supported both me and my husband through our various medical needs. She listened to my frustrations and let me cry, but never judged me. I don't know what I do without her and her nurse Sandy. I have recommended her to several people, who have told me that they have also had positive experiences.
Jennifer is kind, patience, understanding and cares greatly for her patients I depend on her knowledge mentally and physically. Her nurse, Sandy, makes you feel at ease. Jennifer is the best of the best.
If it were possible to give this so called "physician's assistant" negative stars, I would but unfortunately in order to leave a review I must rate at least one star. First of all, I saw this woman in the middle of a major crisis in my life. I was treated like a child and maliciously told to "shut up" while I was having a session with her (completely against my will.) This woman knows absolutely nothing about the basics of psychology, much less the practice of psychiatry. She is very unprofessional in her demeanor and I would not wish an appointment with her on my worst enemy. Perhaps if I were older at the time I saw her, I may have been taken a little more seriously. Do not choose this PA. She's not an actual doctor and boy does it show. The fact that she can write prescriptions for people is actually horrifying to think about. After my experience with her, I would like as many people to know about it as possible to prevent them from going through what I went through. She quit me cold turkey off a certain drug that is known to have deadly side effects if abruptly stopped. I wish nothing more than for her to lose her license, as she is not educated enough in the field of medicine to be working with human beings. Do yourself a huge favor and never make an appointment with this woman.
