Terrible customer service. I returned a sweatshirt in June and still have not received a refund. Each time I attempted to contact this business there is an excuse as to why I had yet not been refunded. I purchased through Etsy and had to get their customer service involved because the business was initially responding then stopped. Once Etsy reached out, I was suddenly contacted almost immediately regarding my refund. This is my honest experience with this business. I am posting a review to inform potential customers about how I was treated as a customer and to encourage this business to revise current customer service practices. If you wish to purchase from this business by all means, go ahead! I personally, will never again. ** Edit: Refund finally received via money order 4 months later, on October 15, 2017. Refund via money order was my own suggestion, not that of this business**
I am so impressed by Nancy who mainly helped me try to work out a problem with my phone. John was also very helpful during one part of the process. It was a unique problem of being unable to call a certain area code in Canada. She really went the extra mile to fix it and spent lots of time with my phone and then online with a technician. She never lost patience and eventually remedied the problem. I have been with Boost for years but this group of employees is by far the best. Thanks so much Nancy & John.
Took advantage of the 71-year-old grandmother who went in store to pay her bill and walks out with a phone and payment plan for over $600.00. To top all this off she wanted an iPhone if she was going to get a new phone and salesman sold her a G-4 which she does not know how to use or want. Telling her no time limit if you do not like the phone bring it back and we will exchange,well you can imagine how that went. STAY AWAY Wendover has an honest good sales staff. go there repeat stay away from Elton Way Verizon store.
Worst store to go to. They lie about plans! Three times I been there and twice the same lady lied until I had to call customer service. They straight up lied.
I had just purchased a new phone online as a gift for my mom. I went in for a phone case, and the representative offered us a free upgrade on the phone I had just purchased, a boat load of accessories all for a lower monthly bill. Within 15 minutes, my mom was uncomfortable with all of this change so she called to check on the bill and make sure it was what we were told. It was completely nuts, and we went to return the phone and all that other stuff immediately! No more than within 30 minutes of the initial purchase. Not only did the store say they wouldn't give her back her previous phone that I had purchased as a gift (because it was now TMobile property although it was probably in the back still) but I had to pay a restocking fee for the upgraded phone now. So what should have been maybe a $40.00 purchase for a case, ending up adding $429.99 extra in accessories, changing my purchased phone to a leased phone status and billing me still for the purchased phone and leased phone. Customer service told me that the store should've given me my phone back because of how quickly we returned everything. They ended up fixing my bill.
Me and my mom took her car to get some tires put on her car waited for awhile everything was fine until about two weeks ago her tire sensor came on so I told her to take it back to them to see why her low tire sensor light keep coming on they told her to take it back to the dealer so she did not knowing that Wal-mart was the one that broke her sensor they wrote it on the paper work didn't even tell us that they broke it at the time and wecould have handle it when we was there instead of being quiet about it I don't appreciate them getting over on her and giving her a run around and gone tell her they will reimburse her I think not she didnt break it your worker did and he did not tell her that they did it and she will NOT be paying none of her money or be running around Greensboro to get it fix.and yes they did put something on her car but now she said she smelling something like rubber and her sensor light is still on so we will not be using Wal-mart services anymore all he was supposed to do was put some tires on...
I have to shop there due to its close to where i live and they are very rude not helpful i am disabled and they dont help you at all never have enough chairs for ppl that cant walk or they are out in parking lot but noone has help me when i go there
Don,t go to the eye Doctor. I went for an appointment could bearly see eyes red and swollen,after 30 minutes of paperwork on the way back I told the receptionist my boyfriend was going to pay over the phone with debit card. The so called Dr. walked out and would not see me. That left me to drive after dark when everything was blurred. I was told the next the so called Dr. could have took the card over the phone if he had wanted to, but he was in a hurry to start his vacation. This wed site made me give a star rating to accept my rating would have been -0
