Southern Digital Watch Repair

I just dropped by and wondered if they could tighten my Rolex watch band as it was slightly loose, and I was afraid it may slip off my wrist accidently.
Without hesitation, they tightened it immediately, and wouldn't take any payment for their labour! I cannot thank them enough. This is how business used to be ......... Thank you for reminding me that good folks exists in this"me me "world.

Have been dealing with this business over 10 years. Never a problem, always efficient, polite and respectful. Due to the numerous watches we have, I would estimate they have changed over 75 batteries for us. I travel over 25 miles to get to them. Won't go any where else for repairs or battery changes.

Southern Digital has been working on my watches for at least 15 years and I've never had a problem. They always do the work there as I wait or in the case of getting a battery for my TAG, they said it would be ready the next day, but instead they called to say it was ready in less than 3 hours. I always recommend them when someone inquires.

They were the only repair shop I've found that could fix my Seiko. I have many higher end watches and they always go above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly people with incredible prices. I wont go anywhere else.
