Dillon promptly called us and immediately came to our home to fix our problem on Sunday. He was very professional,and explained everything about our problem to us. He fixed our problem (cleared our stoppage) and gave us alternatives on how to avoid the problem in the future. I called Roto-Rooter about a backed-up drain at our house. Ben arrived within an hour. He checked the drain line under the house and confirmed that it was clear. He then located the point where the line exited the house underground. He excavated the line, cleared a blockage, and installed a clean-out to make any future work easier. Ben was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and just plain nice. I would call him again without hesitation.

My advice is to get a second opinion from another plumber if they tell you you need extensive home repairs.. Legal Aid Society offers free legal advice and can help you get in touch with appropriate agency if you feel a relative, perhaps with Alzheimer's has been sold repairs they really don't need
