I ate there last night because we were waiting for my husband's car at Jiffy Lube. I got food poisoning! The place was filthy. I ordered the hot chicken deluxe sub. It tasted ok but the fries were gross, dark brown like they were days old and refried. I told my husband not to eat any of them. Minutes after I ate the sandwich I started getting stomach pains and have been sick ever since. My husband ordered the philly cheese steak sub and he didn't get sick. The health grade is only 92, barely an A grade. This place needs to be shut down before they kill someone with their food.

These people are completely unprofessional. They made many excuses as to why my order took two hours to get here from 5 miles away. After calling every 30 mins after the first hour, they finally said the order just left. The pizza arrived cold, just above refrigerator temperature, and it was incorrect. My combo didn't come with all of the advertised items. I paid 28.00 for a 14" supreme pizza with no mushrooms and a 10 piece wing combo that was supposed to come with fries and a drink. The pizza came with mushrooms, and my wings came without the combo items.



I contacted a manager immediately, he too was making excuses that they were busy on a Sunday evening. That it was raining outside, and they only have 5 drivers. He said that the combo doesn't come with fries even though the menu flyer they placed on my door specifically says it does. I asked for a refund and all he could muster was to give me a free pizza on my next call in. I asked him why would I want another cold pizza two hours after I order, and I said I didn't want it that the issue would only be resolved with a full refund. Then he began to try and guilt me with politics about the local food industry and cost of purchasing materials for his shop. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, and refused to give me a refund. Worst service I have ever received from any restaurant, local or chain, and I would recommend anyone to order somewhere else.
