Ray Harris Towing/Hauling

I live in Florida, I was in North Carolina at my cousin's to escape hurricane Irma. On the way back home with kids and our dog I got into a car accident on the interstate. This company and all of the personnel were so kind to me, my family, and a family friend throughout the ordeal. From the driver of the tow truck, to every member in the building, to the lovely young woman that answers the phone, they are top notch! I really appreciate the absolute kindness. Dennis Harris was Inducted into the towing hall of fame this year (2017).. his wife, Belinda Harris was Inducted last year, and Ray Harris himself was Inducted on 2014... this is a great honor for any tower but it is almost unheard of for 3 people from the same family to all have this honor.... theses facts that can be verified by calling the International Towing Hall of Fame and Museum, should be proof enough that they do know more than most about this industry, the laws and regualtions and how every day procedures should be handled... I'm not saying they are perfect, but I am saying they are very professional, good hearted people that have always done their absolute be at to take care of our customers, our drivers and other employees.

Today was my third time having Ray Harris Towing/Hauling provide service for me by way of my roadside assistance coverage. They have previously been courteous, expedient, professional, concerned & a pleasure to deal with. I recommend having this business service your towing or hauling needs should you require it whether it's via roadside assistance or personal service needs. Great group of people!!
