        Quick Lane changed the oil in my vehicle and didn't torque the drain plug. Fortunately, I caught the problem before engine damage, but now they don't want to give me a refund! I' e asked for assistance from the BBB to get a refund. I'm not trying to slander QuickLane, I have pictures, emails, and documented phone conversations.... I CANT RECOMMEND THIS QUICKLANE LOCATION, THEY SIMPLY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE COMMITMENT!
