      Overall

      Stay as far away from this company as you can. Without even looking at our HOA's Insurance coverage, they advised the Board not to pay for damages caused by faulty construction. My home is now infested with mold as they failed to respond to my request for damage for 18 days.



      The owner's husband is the landscaper and after 12 complaints against the landscaping team in 4 months, Prestige NEVER alerted the Board of the complaints! They are required to pass complaints to the board. Conflict of interest? YOU BET!
