Great Maintenace Supervisor in Greenwood SC named Troy but I heard they fired him for no reason!! Everyone else is very rude in the office, I went in today and overheard two ladies basically screaming an employee. From what I've heard the ladies were Robin and Angie. The older maintenance technician does nothing but sexually harass the young tenants at the property. He is a pervert and I would not allow him in my apartment to fix anything. I overheard Angie on Monday disrespecting the maintenance guys in building 207 Winter Ridge. If any of those guys were my boyfriend or family member she would've apologized when I was done with her!! Robin is an evil lady who likes to think she knows it all but does nothing except steal from the company.

Straight garbage. The management is inept and holds grudges against tenants. I stay in Brittany Downs in Aiken, SC. Please do not associate yourself with these crooks and their business practices. They have a racket going with NWP. NWP provides water to the apartments and overcharges like crazy. I'm away from home often for business. I happened to be late on a water bill. They charged me $55 for being late. Plus the apartment would not accept my rent payment. Bam, another $67 late charge. Plus the appliances are old and break. I moved in a year ago and the leaky bathroom faucet still has not been fixed after several complains.

Moved in last July 2014 and everything started out great did not have any issues then in December we noticed a water damage spot in our bedroom we contacted maintenance and they came looked and said it would be fixed when the roofing company came later that week. Week went by no roofing company to come and fix it, called the office and they did not even know we had an issue. Soon after that we noticed another water spot and now had animals in the ceiling from the broken eve on the front of the building. We notified maintenance and office personnel they said it was going to be fixed soon they have somebody coming in a week. Weeks go by and still nobody came to fix the issue water spot is bigger and animals still in the ceiling. Here it is July and we just now got the roof fixed where the water damage spot is, but they did not fix the broken eve of the build which allows animals to crawl in and now the water spot in our bedroom is cracking and there is black mold growing on the ceiling from where the water damage is. Head of maintenance says its a cosmetic issue but you can clearly see where the ceiling is starting to fall in and the black mold along with the smell of mold within our bedroom. This has been an ongoing issue since December, we have been patient and told all kinds of things about when stuff would be fixed and it still is not done and nobody seems to have any concern about our issues. Still to this day July 13, 2015 the ceiling still has not been fixed!!!!

Colonial Apartments

I think the Manager at Colonial Apartments is a lier and a cheat. I rented an apartment there from 2007-2008. I had no problems until the present manager was hired. I left the apartment in better shape than when I moved in. She refused to do a final walk thru with me at my request. She waited until I left and then kept all the deposit on the rental, except thirty dollars. Please do not rent an apartment from Colonial under the present management, You will surely regret it.
