This community does not even rate 1 star. We applied and voluntarily gave a security deposit on an apartment, sight unseen. Community Manager called this a security deposit (as did the paperwork, because we got to choose refundable amount or non-refundable amount) but then changed it to a "holding deposit" when we decided not to take the apartment, keeping our money. After going round and round with them I got to speak with the regional manager. I've never encountered a more rude, argumentative and unprofessional manager as she. This whole group is very unethical and corrupt and if you give them any money be prepared to lose it.

Make sure you give them 60 days notification before the end of your lease (using their unique form, not just telling them in person) or they will charge you another month or two rent beyond the end of your lease agreement. This potentially wouldn't be a huge deal depending on your situation, but for me it was unavoidable. To make it worse, they told me it was for early terminated leases. I paid up to the end of my lease even after moving out, being told that it would equal out financially, only to find out just prior to turning in my keys that they want me to owe an additional $1000+ dollars and that my 60 notification starts then. I dont believe they intentionally misled me, but this policy is clearly set up to hustle more money out of people than they should have to owe. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they pretended it wasn't their problem and actually contacted a collection agency to come after me for the money I refused to pay. Very underhanded billing policies.
