General Info
Libby Hill Seafood is a full-service seafood restaurant. Luke Conrad opened the first Libby Hill Seafood restaurant back in 1953. The building, an old roadhouse that had been padlocked by the sheriff because of bawdy activities, was situated on the corner of Highway 220 North in North Carolina. The restaurant serves both lunch and dinner menus. Menu selections consist of fried crab cakes, chicken livers, shrimp, scallops, salmon, flounder, chicken tenders, oysters, clam strips, trout, perch, salads and desserts. The restaurant also offers broiled selections, including boiled shrimp and fried seafood that is cooked in pure vegetable oil. Libby Hill has more than 10 restaurants across North Carolina, including a facility in Greensboro, N.C.

This is the only Libby Hill in Greensboro that I will visit willingly ����. The food is always fresh & extra hot. Service is great as well.

I got a shrimp plate which cost me nearly $12 and this is for lunch. I get my plate and most of the shrimp have not been de-veined. I mean $12 and I can't get a clean shrimp. I called back and the waitress said "we clean them in such large quantities that it's impossible to get all of them cleaned." I can understand that but I can see a couple but most of them weren't. So basically I just gave them nearly $12 to eat crap. There is a reason I haven't been there in years and I won't be going again.




I am not happy with service at this restaurant. I decided to dine in today at 6:30 pm with my dad and the food did not tast good to me the fish and the shrimp had a funny taste to it. I gave food away but I was kindly asked how I like my food and I was honest and told them my server was rud and talking loud about the fact I did not like the food and express his upset on how I felt about my meal. I do feel if I am paying for food I have a right to express if it taste bad. I know understand why business is not at good there as it us to be. I will no longer eat there. I saw my server coughing over everyones drink he served,. While rolling silverware he was coughing over them and rolling them up. He coughed in his hands waiting on people with out washing them. This is enough for me to never go back. Very nasty service Libby Hills. I and my family wont be back. it's sad if you can't take the truth when some one tells you it did not taste good. It could be helpful. Poor customer service that bald headed man needs to be fired or wrote up. But will you do it because of who I am. ? I will not nor my family and any friends I am going to tell everyone of this bad experience and have a nice day.
