INNISBROOK VILLAGE apartments are the WORST! I have never been somewhere where the workers have no regard for others specifically marteekia sweatback or whatever her name is OL burnt up a** she is so BEYOND rude #paws wannabe������������ white girl lol you way off booboo....



I haven't been able to sleep since I moved in since a family of animals lives upstairs and I'm not allowed to complain even though they allow their kids to run @ 6,7,8,9 am all before living hours (10-10) then all night they pace....Ugh

I'm so stressed out and sick and exhausted!!!!!! the fact that I have 2 children too (1&4) but I'm not allowed to say anything����. I have to pay to live in chaos. I was never shown the apartment and then when I complained at first it was oh I'm so sorry we'll have to fine them..... Policy states: one complaint-warning, two-$50 fine, three-$100 fine, and from then on it's eviction or the tenant is asked to move. I have called, written, and emailed WELL OVER 12 times and then get hit with the corporate office saying I'M WRONG and they can't be fined because it's children making noise when it's NOTJUST those kids. What about the parents inability to control their children? So people just let their kids run amuck herE? I'm appalled at the lack of care or concern. Am i not paying you cash money? Is my money not good enough? Are my rights not equal? I was told by one of them(office) that they have been living here since they opened the complex....sooooooo ..... what your loyalty lies only with them because they have been here longer. Funny thing is their own workers tell me how nasty they are and how they violate alot of the rules here they don't own a vacuum they have roaches(a whole other topic) and they sweep weird looking dirtmud onto our patio and grill then they dump some type of liquid and it almost got on me once while I was sitting outside I had just gotten up when all of a sudden wooosh wetness everywhere. When I called about that I was told by the maintenance man that they would call me on the matter... did I hear anything..... nope you got it. I simply wanted to be freed of my lease that's it BUT IF THEY WANT A BATTLE BELIEVE IT'S ON.... I've had people come just to listen. My lawyer, people from legal aid just to see if I have a case(future post), even newscasters. IF YOU WANT PAY FOR NOISE NASTINESS AND RUDENESS THEN INNISBROOK VILLAGE APARTMENTS CARROLL COMPANY IS FOR YOU! They let people let their dogs sh** at the children's playground and around people's windows when there is a specific area to take their dogs.... complain? For what I've learned they dont give a rats a**. F U PAY ME IS MOTTO! I'll keep u posted on what they do which if I hold my breath I'll die lol!
