Not only does this law firm NOT return phone calls and the attorney will not talk with you except 24 hours before your disability hearing before a judge, but this attorney proceeds to tell you what a low life you are and that you will not get disability and that as long as he has been at hearings in Charlotte, NC the Judge has never ever given a "bench" decision, that means an immediate decision day of hearing...he was in face the worse, most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered and prior to becoming disabled I was a paralegal and had my own business, which I worked with lawyers for over two decades, many lawyers and this is the most incompetent I have ever worked with. I not only got my disability but the judge made an immediate/bench decision. It is Unfortunate my attorney did nothing for me, but belittle me and say his office did not get any of my faxed medical history, which I have confirmation faxes his office did indeed receive them. Most pitiful attorney ever.
